1. Returns and Refunds Policy

If you would like to return your item for whatever reasons, we will refund you within 14 days of your purchase. To process a refund, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. To process your refunds, please mail your return item together with your receipt back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.

2. Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

For all orders made from us, you can pay via manual payments, internet banking or with a valid credit or debit card.
