This rich, fruity, intense whisky is the result of finishing in Pedro Ximenez casks. It takes longer but that’s our way. Embracing the spirit of time, championing World class flavour.

Nose - Rich dates, cinnamon, red apple and treacle, gentle oak, chocolate coated raisins and orange.

Palate - Very balanced, wine-soaked sultanas, plum jam, chocolate with citrus notes

Finish - A long finish of spice, caramel and hints of liquorice.
